You know that when you are dieting you are always thinking about what to eat .. the best way to do it is to replace all the unhealthy snacks with healthy ones that taste great and leave you satisfied.
If you're dieting and fulfilling a low Carb diet here are some snacks I tend to replace the Carbs with. Also i want to state I am not a nutritionist so before following my advice I would suggest to research anything I post on here regarding dieting.
so to begin I have been really hungry so instead of grabbing chips I've been eating lots of raisins !

I tired the mashed cauliflower :
medium head makes about a pound of florets
-any combination of butter, milk, cream, or whatever you use when you make mashed potatoes - about 1/4 cup
-salt and pepper
-If you have low carb "instant mashed potatoes", add up to 1/4 cup for texture*Options: minced garlic (a clove or two); garlic powder (1/2 to 1 teaspoon); cheese
I also eat a variety of UNSALTED nuts Ex: peanuts, Cashews and Almonds.
