An apology.

I feel ashamed I have deserted my own Food hack blog.
I do have a feeling I'm back for good. In the past two years I've been through a lot of dieting and exercising, only to gain everything back in the course of 10 months. What happened? Negligence happened.
I am back though to continue on this journey of healthy eating and trying to have a social life as well.
As far as I am aware you're allowed to have your cake and eat too no?  NOPE. But I will never give up.

Well for my first comeback post just a little update on my eating habits.

I have 200g of protein a day
Lots of veggies
Some fruit
Lots of water
and 21g of carbs

Not just any carbs, mainly peanut butter or Melba toast.

YES I said Melba Toast. Here's the thing they make special garlic and herb Melba toast and let me tell you it makes a great replacement for croutons in your salad! its really great!
